This project was for a fundraiser for the music department at my school that the town participates in. We were told to design a T-shirt design that incorporated a turkey into it. I drew my own turkey with feathers that represent different aspects of music (clefs, piano keys, music notes).
I drew out the sketch for my turkey, scanned it onto the computer, and then used Adobe Flash to retrace it and color it before bringing it onto a T-shirt background in Photoshop.
For the layers project we used pictures from the web and edited them in photoshop. I chose a tiger because I like their coloring. We made the pictures black and white, then added individual layers to it as we recolored aspects of the picture one by one. I think I did okay on this project considering it was one of my first times using photoshop.
For this project (Hue and Saturation) I used Photoshop to take one picture and change the hue to four different individual colors before placing all four pictures on one background. If I could go back, I would've changed the green to a little darker hue to keep with the patter of darker blue, red, and purple.
For the masking project we added text to a picture found on the web in Photoshop, and then placed a background behind the picture itself so it would show through as a pattern in the text. I used a picture of a lion and a fur pattern behind the words "Be Courageous." I f I could go back I would probably make the text a little brighter, and find a picture that really looked like a lion's coat.
This is my picture cleanup project that was done by placing objects in a picture in Photoshop. I didn't really like doing this project and I felt kind of rushed. I took a picture of a school hallway and added water, Waldo, a shark, a kid, and characters from finding Nemo.
