This is an album cover featuring Ian Anderson of the band Jethro Tull. The original image of the musician was overlayed with a gradient blend, creating stark visual interest. It was quite an easy assignment, producing an appealing final product. |

A pencil sketch of the members of the Canadian rock band Rush, from left to right, we have guitarist Alex Lifeson, drummer Neil Peart, and main vocalist and bassist Geddy Lee. This image was crafted by applying a variety of filters to a photograph of the trio, including such favorites as Charcoal, Gaussian Blur, and, of course, Glowing Edges, a small deal of work for a big reward. |

Picture Clean Up. Ah, such fond memories. An oldie but a goodie. Here we witness an arid desert brought to life but the trickling of a creek, spurring plant growth along its course, cacti, flowers, you name it. And overhead, a majestic cloudy sky illuminated by the sun's last embraces of the day. Such a masterpiece could've only been accomplished through hard work, dedication, and a trained eye to even the smallest of details. |

A tourist's snapshot of the famous Eiffel Tower brought to life. The formidible tower, quite appropriately, towers over the nightime Paris. The city of lights epitomized by this great beacon, shining out from its paper landscape. A little cutting out here, a little skewing there, and you have yourself a genuine beauty, serving as a tribute to the masterwork. |

Turkey Trot 2016! At Marquette Senior High School, November 24 at 9 AM, see you there! But, anyway, on to the poster. This artfully crafted advertisment for the Marquette Senior High School Turkey Trot, neatly utilizes a smart fall theme, with classic autumnal colors with added foliage. Big, fun, inviting letters add significant visual appeal, drawing the viewer's eyes to main attraction, "Turkey Trot, 5/10 K." The construction of the piece was a cinch, simply the arrangement of shapes and text into an informative, eyecatching poster. |

"Ey b0ss!" the wacky Pink Guy to his mentor and confident, the wise Filthy Frank. Such a scene is displayed here on an aged and tattered piece of parchment with a watercolor overlay, accomplished with a few layer masks, hue/saturation adjustments, some object placements, and little difficulty. Text is also showcased, echoing Pink Guy's rather unique catchphrase. "Ey" is black and a little plain, though radiating stately importance. While, b0ss" is bright pink and bubbly, reflecting the stress placed on the word, as well as Pink Guy's personality. |
