Album Cover Watercolor Hue and Saturation Layers Pic Clean-up Pop-Art

The cover for Nick's new album. Uncaged is an emotional and thematic album, each track representing his inner struggles bieng an actor.

I liked this project because I was able to do something strange and interesting. I've always wanted to try designing a cover to something.

This is a picture of a salamander copy-pasted 3 times and with a filter applied. Nothing more, nothing less.

I have no idea why the text above is blue. I should have picked a larger picture for this (you can see the pixels) but I think it turned out fine.

This is a radioactive salamander discovered near an abandoned nuclear reactor. At least it's harmless, there are a lot of other, more dangerous creatures around this area.

This assignment was really fun. I loved going through and changing the seperate parts of the body.

Such as this one. He seems to be walking straight through a city, not a care in the world. The fighter jets are typical, but that odd disk over the monster's head isn't. Hmmmm....

This is one of my faves. I love how seamlessly I was able to put Godzilla in the city. I also like how it looks with the smoke and dust flyng up from his feet, and the fire on the building. The only thing I don't like is how bad the planes and stuff look.

This is just a picture I made in computer class. It is a Pikmin, from the Nintendo game of the same name.

I like the picture, but I didn't like the project itself.

A beautiful man stares blankly at the person just outside the frame. "Don't pee into the wind" he says to anyone who cares to listen. People have been asking for hundreds of years, what is the Mona Lisa smiling at? I think the real question here is "What is the Don't Pee into the Wind guy staring at?"

This assignment was pretty enjoyable. I like the layering aspct of it.
